Learn about 930ok's Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the 930ok online gaming platform ("930ok", "Platform", "we") and any user of that platform ("you", "member", "player"). Accessing the 930ok website or mobile version, creating an account, or using any service means you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

To use 930ok's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• At least 21 years of age (for 21+ only).
• Legally permitted to use online gaming services under applicable local law.
• Operating your account voluntarily on your own behalf and not acting on behalf of any third party.
• Not subject to any self-exclusion program or restriction that prohibits online gaming.

If it is found that a user created an account without meeting the above requirements, 930ok reserves the right to close that account at any time and forfeit the balance.

930ok may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Continued use of the platform after any change means you have accepted the new Terms. You are therefore advised to visit this page regularly.

Each person may open only one account. If the same person, device, IP address, or payment method is used to open multiple accounts, 930ok may flag them as duplicate accounts and suspend or close all related accounts. Bonuses and winnings earned in such cases may be forfeited.

All information provided when creating an account — name, date of birth, contact details, payment information — must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 930ok may request a copy of your national ID or passport for identity verification (KYC) purposes when needed. Withdrawal requests may be delayed until verification is complete.

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the 930ok support team immediately. 930ok will never ask for your password or banking details by email or chat.

The following payment methods are currently supported on 930ok:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Major commercial banks in Bangladesh (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank)

No payment methods other than those listed above will be accepted.

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below these limits will not be accepted.

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawal times may vary if identity verification is incomplete or if there are inconsistencies in the provided information. 930ok reserves the right to take additional time in complex cases (suspicious activity, pending verification).

930ok is proactive in preventing suspicious financial activity. All funds you deposit must come from a legitimate source. Using the platform to facilitate money laundering or tax evasion is strictly prohibited. 930ok reserves the right to take necessary action and notify the relevant authorities in cases of suspicious transactions.

A 150% welcome bonus of up to ৳5,000 is available on your first deposit at 930ok. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. For deposits of ৳8,000 or more, a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 applies, bringing the total balance to ৳13,000.

The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,500 bonus requires a total of ৳30,000 in bets before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.

• Each bonus offer applies to one account only.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
• Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met.
• 930ok reserves the right to modify bonus terms or withdraw any bonus offer.
• Bonuses may be forfeited if unusual betting patterns are detected.

930ok's VIP program has five levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — with weekly cashback benefits increasing at each level (up to 1.0%). VIP level assignment is at the platform's discretion. 930ok will communicate the specific benefits and cashback rate for each VIP level; the information in these Terms is a general guide only.

930ok follows a fair play policy. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using software bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence to operate games.
• Exploiting any bug or flaw in the gaming system.
• Colluding or conspiring with other players.
• Bonus abuse — attempting to meet bonus conditions through artificial means.

If such activities are proven, 930ok reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all balances.

Results or rewards displayed incorrectly due to a technical error will not be considered valid. If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a system outage, loss of internet connection, or server issue, 930ok will attempt to return the stake where applicable but does not guarantee any compensation.

930ok protects all financial and personal information through SSL encryption. The platform operates in a secure and reliable environment. However, 930ok is not responsible for the security of a user's own device or network.

930ok provides its services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. No guarantee is given that the platform's service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The service may be temporarily suspended for technical maintenance or in unforeseen circumstances.

930ok is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by technical errors, network outages, third-party failures, or any circumstances beyond 930ok's control. 930ok's total liability will in no case exceed the value of the transaction in question.

930ok's platform hosts software from various game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft, and JILI. 930ok is not primarily liable for errors or outages in third-party game software, but is committed to assisting with problem resolution.

930ok may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Violation of applicable law.

You may close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. All active bonuses will be cancelled before the account is closed, and bonus balances cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering requirements. Deposit balances will be returned subject to applicable conditions.

930ok places the highest importance on responsible gaming. If you are concerned about your gaming habits, please contact our support team. For details on cooling-off periods or self-exclusion, please visit our Responsible Gaming page.

Allowing anyone under 21 to use 930ok's services or operating an account on their behalf is strictly prohibited. Parents and guardians should use parental control software on their devices to prevent minors from accessing the platform.

930ok collects and processes your personal information solely for the purposes of providing services, verifying identity, managing financial transactions, and promotional communications. Your data is not sold to third parties. For more details, please read our Privacy Policy.

930ok uses cookies on the website to improve the user experience and for analytical purposes. By using the platform, you consent to the use of cookies. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, but this may limit certain services.

Any dispute between 930ok and you will first be addressed through direct discussion. To raise a complaint, email [email protected] or contact us via 24/7 live chat. Our support team assists in both Bengali and English. If resolution through discussion is not possible, both parties will attempt to resolve the issue through a mutually agreed mediator.

If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that clause will be set aside and the remaining Terms will continue in full effect. 930ok's failure to enforce any clause will not be considered a waiver of that right.

These Terms, together with 930ok's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, form the entire agreement between 930ok and the user. Any prior oral or written agreements, discussions, or promises are replaced by these Terms.
